2021 A Campfire Recipe to Win the Cookout
This Short Read article was dedicated to cooking on a campfire. I styled and photographed the recipe for the feature, which was printed in the July 2021 issue of enRoute magazine.
2018 Blue Sea’s Silver Lining Feature
The Blue Sea’s Silver Lining feature put the spotlight on anchovies. I tested all the recipes for the feature, provided constructive feedback and testing notes to the agency so the recipes could be optimized before printing. I also styled and photographed the dishes to provide inspiration for the art to accompany each recipe.
