Since finding all-purpose flour is still a problem in most places, I pumped out batches and batches of cookies, trying to come up with a formula for thick and chewy chocolate chip cookies that can be adapted for different types of flour (even some gl When you bake banana bread, does it sink as it cools? Is there a gummy layer on the bottom sometimes? Does it tend to brown excessively inside and out? Does it NOT taste like bananas? Yes, even that happens! I wrote a MEGA banana bread post going thr No flour? No problem! These flourless peanut butter cookies are the cookie for you if you don't have flour right now. Made with all natural peanut butter, I tested a couple brands to make sure it works, and I also tested tahini, and roasted almond bu No yeast? No problem! You can still make this Irish soda bread recipe, and it's just about the easiest bread you can make. BONUS: there's no kneading involved 😅 ⁠

This is gingerbread granola and it's got lots of sweet holiday spices, molasses, pecans, dried cranberries, and crystallized ginger. This granola is FULL of holiday cheer and makes an easy homemade gift that everybody will appreciate receiving.
